Robyn Smith – Kinesiologist
“Hi, my name is Robyn Smith and I’ve been a Kinesiologist and Mind-Body-Medicine Practitioner for 7 years now. I am also a certified meditation instructor, and since 2014 I’ve been lecturing in the Kinesiology & MBM faculty at the College of Complementary Medicine.
I first discovered Kinesiology in early 2009 after talking with my hairdresser! Isn’t that where all the great information comes from?!
Prior to life as a Kinesiologist I worked as an Executive Secretary at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research for 10 years, a Clinical Trials Coordinator at the George Institute for International Health, and then as a Carer Support Officer with the Northern Sydney Local Health District.
I am also a mum to two teenage boys aged 16 and 13. My eldest son was a very anxious child who suffered greatly from separation anxiety, he was bullied in primary school, and had very low self-esteem as a result. With the help of Kinesiology I have watched him grow into a confident, well-adjusted, kind and happy young man.
I am passionate about what I do, I LOVE being a Kinesiologist and going to work every day. It is a real privilege to be involved in the healing journey of the clients that I see, to help both young children, adolescents and adults alike overcome the issues that stand in their way of living a full and happy life, the life they deserve ☺
I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey too.”

Annie White – Kinesiologist
Hi, I’m Annie
After completing a business degree, I was coasting through life working for multinationals like Kimberly Clark, Johnson & Johnson and Coca Cola. After this I worked in small business, but something just didn’t feel right. I wasn’t feeling completely unhappy but let’s say there was definitely something missing. I wasn’t fulfilled in many aspects of my life especially in my career. I knew I was stuck, and I needed to make change.
University Refocus and many small steps…….
2014 was my year to realise this change. I went back to university to study Chiropractic which meant that I had to leave the world of business to focus on my studies.
During my time at university I realised that Chiropractic wasn’t quite right for me. I figured if I had come this far on my quest for change I might as well keep going till I found the thing that was going to make me truly happy.
It was around this time I met Emma and let’s just say the rest is history…..
I enrolled in a Diploma of Kinesiology and I soon realised that I had found the missing link!
I became so immersed in this field of work and my thirst for knowledge has continued to grow. I have furthered my studies by completing a specialist children’s kinesiology course with Emma, which has proven to be exceptionally valuable, as kids can be a little bit trickier to work with. Additionally, I have studied Reiki to mastery level, which really helped me with kinesiology.
I am delighted to be joining Emma in her practice. As a kinesiologist, I work intuitively in much the same manner as Emma does and I really look forward to working with Emma and her clients.
Annie works out of Emmas old clinic space – 79 Park St, Mona Vale!
