What Do I Need Most?

Sit back for a moment

Put your hand on your heart and take a breath

Soften, Relax, Center.

Take another breath and close your eyes. Count to 10.

In this moment you’ll feel your underlying tension level… The place that has become your body’s normal..

….

Put your hands on your sides, arms crossed across your stomach as if you’re giving yourself a hug.

Relax your shoulders & jaw

and take another breath.

Be mindful of the thoughts that pop into your mind at this time.

What are they telling you?

………..

Your body is always trying to get your attention, to talk to you, to guide you to health and to peace.

In this moment you will hear the tension that it has been holding, the part of you and your life that has been calling for your care.

“Take care please”

………..

Listen to what is calling for you.

Make the steps mindfully,

with strength, care & affection.

Spend time reviewing these core needs and follow through –

you aren’t here to be stuck & unhappy.

Listen to those needs, take care of them, they will guide you.
