Anxiety can be triggered by an overactive nervous system, a biochemical imbalance and emotional stress.
Maybe all 3 apply to you; maybe you’ve been trying to control your mind when your body is holding you back; or maybe your body is under stress as you are having trouble processing and moving on from emotionally charged events.
Whatever it be, I am here to gently help you through. We go through all layers to your anxiety – all while you are feeling comfortable and relaxed on the massage table.
I particularly love the response I get from children who come in nervous and leave asking to come back! Routinely I get messages from parents saying “Can we rebook? …. is saying they need to see you again”! I recently received a text from a mum relaying her sons comment: “Emma talks, then not talks, then talks.. she helps me relax”..
