HOW DOES IT WORK?
The talk therapy used in Kinesiology is similar to that in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Our moods, struggles and behaviours come from inner tension.
Why are we tense? That’s what we explore & process together…
It can be the need to chat through present day stresses,
or the inner tensions can be deeper – coming from years or decades of suppressed feelings.
We explore the past and the present together, helping you to understand yourself better than ever before.
With understanding comes peace.
We may also spend some time going through visualisations and somatic releasing to help you to release built up tension.
The beautiful thing about what I do is that the body and the mind is treated as a whole. We know that physical ailments can affect the mind and vice versa.
We understand health on a holistic level – the immune system, the nervous system and the common psychological patterns that humans follow unconsciously!
That means that you can bring all your health issues into a session – mental, emotional and physical!
There’s really nothing that you can’t chat about.
