A 6 month course,
teaching you everything that I have learnt and developed
and now incorporate into my practice.
I’ll be mentoring you and guiding you through being able to listen to the body, bring up deep held patterns and work through these with the client.
Including:
- Muscle testing
This will be a major component of the 6 months. By the end you’ll have practice and confidence enough to take it into your own practice.
I’ll also be teaching:
- Body psychology – how to listen to the body, see it in symptom complexes and which areas of the body mean what.
- Chakras – what are they, how to feel and work with them
- Acupressure and the meridian system – the theories, what the TCM basis of health is and how to work with the acupuncture points without needles.
- How to work with trauma – somatic counselling techniques and the process of working through abuse and traumas.
- Suicidal tendencies – how to hold the space for a client who is experiencing suicide ideation and tendencies.
- The inner child – prominent ages and how to guide your clients through inner child explorations
- The vagus nerve – what it is, why it’s important and how to regulate it through body work and breath work.
- How to tie it all together in a practice!
Do I Have To Be A Therapist?…. NO! You can do this course as an intro into the complementary medicine world.
I am A Therapist..
This course is designed to incorporate the therapy that you have learnt; guide you into a deeper way of working, build your confidence and give you a structure to follow.
I’ll be taking your skills and adding deeper knowledge, wisdom and intuition.
Working with people in person is always so different to studying. The more people you see, the more you find an intuitive way of working. This intuitive way of working is what I’ll be teaching. It has its base in Holistic Kinesiology but has the added extra of 15 years of clinical experience with thousands of clients.
My goal is for you to leave this course feeling confident to approach any scenario in clinic
physical or emotional
and to release and heal
conscious and unconscious trauma from the body and the mind.
The course will run as a mixture of online and intensive workshops.
Intensives:
Once a month (over 2 days -a Wednesday/Thursday) we will meet and learn the practical aspects of the course.
The time will be split between learning theory, experiential teachings and practice on each other.
These will be held in Smiths Lake.
Online: There will be a theory component for you to learn and use as an ongoing resource. (No tests/exams or workbooks!)
and we will also meet once a month onlineto check in and have a space to ask questions.
Begin: 4th May 2022
Cost will be $5250 or $880 per month.
Deposit $550.
Payment plans are available for every budget.
The course is a Continuing Professional Education course, meaning that it is for you to add to your clinical experience and is not a formal qualification (which also means no assessments!). With this type of course, I’ll be able to guide you to use the tools which you already have and feel drawn to use.
The group will be small and limited to ensure there will be 1-1 interaction and that space will be held for your own healing journey.

The course will be held at a house in Smiths Lake, which also has 4 bedrooms available. You can stay 1-2 nights for $110 per night extra.
