Finding your internal softness

Deep down, we are all softies at heart!

We all love those moments which make our heart melt and spread smiles across our faces.. it is what helps us to remember what is truly precious in life.

Last week I posted about grounding. Finding the “softness” within is the next step.

Once we are present, then we can find our heart center again & that is what finding our softness is all about! Connecting back to our hearts and living from a heart space while we are surrounded by chaos!

When we find the softness, we find peace and joy – it comes naturally and simply!

It’s just generally a nice place to be… and consequently we also become nice people as a result! Things happen, things flow and life makes our heart melt and smiles spread across our faces!

Finding the softness is all about just letting go, taking a deep breath and finding that small thing which allows us just to re-lax!

So next time you are stuck in traffic – allow yourself to take a deep breath and turn on the music and enjoy the time you have to yourself.

Next

time your running around like a chook without its head completing the massive to do list… Take a deep breath and look around you, things will still get done.. just do them a little softer.

Next time someone is talking to you and you don’t have time to listen. Stop. Take a deep breath and soften your heart. Listen. This moment is life – not the to-do list!

Next time your pumping iron at the gym, or giving yourself a strict regime. Take a deep breath and find the enjoyment in what you are doing.. for your future you will thank you!

Relax, enjoy, find the softness and be…’cause every little thing is going to be alright!

Love and sunshine!

Our Spirited Child
The spirited child gets a bad wrap...

Meltdowns, Anxiety, ADHD, Sensory Sensitivity, ODD, Insomnia, Tics, OCD, Bedwetting, Insomnia... or just that bit more challenging..

You can see the brightness behind those daily struggles..but trying to understand the world that these children experience can be challenging

I would really love to simplify the world of "The Spirited Child" for you. After over a 14 years in clinic working with these children, I still love being able to help parents decipher what these children are trying to communicate through their behaviours.

I hope that this mini downloadable guide helps you to understand what's possibly going on underneath the surface and provide you with a few simple tools to make your days easier!

Warmth & Joy,
Emma Sternberg
